Its main system was too much complex, desktop based, slow and had a terrible user interface, which greatly  affected the completion time of tasks.

The IA and IxD project took 9 months of detailed work gathering requirements and prototyping hundreds of screens.

The successful solution was a better performing system, with user friendly interface improving the efficiency and work satisfaction from analysts and customers .
